"Platform" or "cv7777"

Refers to the website accessible at https://cv7777.im, including all sub-pages, services, games, betting markets, account management tools, and promotional features operated by cv7777.

"Player", "You", or "User"

Any natural person aged 21 or above who has registered a player account on the cv7777 platform and has agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.

"Account"

The personal, non-transferable player account created upon successful registration on the cv7777 platform, through which the Player accesses games, places bets, manages funds, and participates in promotions.

"Balance" or "Real Money Balance"

The sum of funds held in a Player's account that have been deposited using real money via accepted payment methods, net of any bets placed and any withdrawals made. Bonus funds are tracked separately and are not included in the Real Money Balance unless and until applicable wagering requirements are fulfilled.

"Bonus Funds"

Promotional credits awarded by cv7777 as welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, or other incentives. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements and are governed by the specific promotion terms applicable at the time of award.

"Wagering Requirement"

The total amount a Player must wager using Bonus Funds (or a multiple of Bonus Funds plus deposit, as specified in the relevant promotion) before any winnings derived from those Bonus Funds may be withdrawn.

2.1 — Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age. cv7777 operates a strict 21+ policy with no exceptions. Upon request, you may be required to provide government-issued photographic identification and/or a proof-of-age document to verify compliance. Failure to provide acceptable documentation within the stipulated timeframe will result in account suspension pending verification, and may result in permanent closure.

2.2 — Single Account Policy

Each person may register and maintain only one (1) active player account. Opening multiple accounts — whether in the same name, using the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. cv7777 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any bets placed from those accounts, and withhold any winnings or bonus balances associated with duplicate registrations.

2.3 — Accurate Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You are required to keep your account information current and to notify cv7777 promptly of any changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

2.4 — Jurisdictional Restrictions

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that use of the cv7777 platform is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing it. cv7777 makes no representation that the services offered on the platform are appropriate or available for use in all locations. Players who access the platform from restricted jurisdictions do so entirely at their own risk and are solely responsible for any legal consequences arising from such access.

3.1 — Deposit Conditions

All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. cv7777 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable transaction fees are displayed on the deposit page and may be updated from time to time without prior notice. cv7777 reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of deposited funds as part of its anti-money-laundering obligations.

3.2 — Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used to make a deposit, where technically possible.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are specified on the withdrawal page and are subject to change.
• Before any withdrawal is processed, cv7777 may require full account verification, including identity documents, proof of address, and payment method verification.
• Withdrawals of winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to the satisfaction of applicable Wagering Requirements prior to processing.
• cv7777 aims to process verified withdrawal requests within 24–72 hours, depending on the payment method selected. Actual settlement times may vary based on the payment provider.

3.3 — Currency

All player accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). If a transaction is initiated in a different currency, conversion will take place at the exchange rate applied by the relevant payment provider at the time of the transaction. cv7777 is not responsible for currency conversion fees or exchange rate fluctuations.

3.4 — Anti-Money Laundering

cv7777 is committed to preventing its platform from being used for money laundering or any other financial crime. All players are subject to identity verification checks. cv7777 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time, to delay or suspend withdrawals pending investigation, and to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.

4.1 — Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement. The specific multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the promotion details. Wagering Requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each promotion. Bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom will be forfeited if the Wagering Requirement is not met within the validity period.

4.2 — One Bonus at a Time

Players may hold only one active bonus at any given time. Accepting a new bonus while an existing bonus remains active may result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus and its associated winnings, unless cv7777 expressly permits simultaneous bonus holding under the terms of a specific promotion.

4.3 — Abuse and Misuse

Any attempt to exploit bonuses, use promotional funds in a manner inconsistent with normal gameplay, or engage in any strategy designed to circumvent Wagering Requirements constitutes bonus abuse. cv7777 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reverse any bonus or winnings, and to suspend or close the relevant account, if bonus abuse is detected.

4.4 — Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

cv7777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Any such changes will not affect bonuses already validly claimed prior to the date of modification, except where cv7777 determines that the bonus was claimed improperly or in breach of these Terms.

5.1 — Game Outcomes

All casino games available on the cv7777 platform use certified random number generators (RNG) to determine outcomes. Game results are final once the outcome is displayed on screen. In the event of a technical error, disconnection, or malfunction during a game round, cv7777 will make all reasonable efforts to resolve the situation fairly, but reserves the right to declare the game void and return the stake to the Player's account if a fair resolution cannot be determined.

5.2 — Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets — including cricket, football, and other events — are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to each sport. In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or declared void by the relevant sporting authority, bets may be voided and stakes returned, depending on the applicable sport-specific rules. Live in-play markets close at the time determined by cv7777's trading team; bets placed after market closure will be voided regardless of the displayed odds at the time of placement.

5.3 — Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets on the cv7777 platform. These limits are displayed within each game or market and are subject to change. cv7777 reserves the right to limit the maximum bet of any individual player at any time, including where unusual betting patterns or suspected abuse of promotional terms are detected.

5.4 — Errors and Malfunctions

In the event that a game or system malfunction results in an erroneous display of a win or odds, cv7777 is not liable to honour that erroneous result. Any bets settled using incorrect odds due to a system error will be recalculated and re-settled at the correct odds. Players will be notified of any such re-settlement via their registered account or contact details.

6.1 — Deposit Limits

Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Once a deposit limit is applied, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before the increase becomes active. Requests to decrease a deposit limit take effect immediately.

6.2 — Session Time Controls

Players may set a maximum session duration after which they will be automatically logged out of the platform. Session time limits reset daily at midnight Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

6.3 — Self-Exclusion

Any Player who feels that gambling is becoming harmful may request a self-exclusion from the cv7777 platform. Self-exclusion periods are available from a minimum of 30 days up to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the Player will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets. cv7777 will also suspend all promotional communications to self-excluded players for the duration of the exclusion. 7.1 — Suspension by cv7777

cv7777 reserves the right to suspend or place restrictions on any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects: a breach of these Terms; fraudulent or suspicious activity; money laundering or financial crime; use of the platform by an underage individual; provision of false registration information; or any conduct that cv7777 determines to be harmful to the integrity of the platform or to other players.

7.2 — Closure by Player

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting cv7777 support at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, cv7777 will process any pending verified withdrawal of your Real Money Balance before closing the account. Bonus Funds remaining in your account at the time of closure will be forfeited.

7.3 — Effect of Closure

Upon account closure, whether initiated by the Player or by cv7777, all access to the platform will be terminated. cv7777 will retain Player data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable legal obligations. Former players who have self-excluded must not attempt to re-register during the exclusion period; any account opened in breach of a self-exclusion will be closed immediately and any balance forfeited.

8.1 — Platform Availability

cv7777 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service outages, and circumstances beyond cv7777's reasonable control may result in periods of unavailability. cv7777 will not be liable for any loss — including loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity — resulting from periods of platform unavailability.

8.2 — Indirect Loss

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cv7777 excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind arising from or related to use of the platform, even if cv7777 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. cv7777's total liability to any Player in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the value of the balance held in that Player's account at the time the claim arises.

8.3 — Third-Party Services

cv7777 is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or failures of third-party payment providers, game studios, live dealer operators, or any other third party whose services are integrated into or accessible via the cv7777 platform. Any disputes relating to third-party services should be directed to the relevant third party in the first instance.
